First of all chop the onion and fry it till clear, together with the crushed garlic. If you can use Ghee, which you can get from most Asian shops. It's actually butter that has been melted and the liquid taken off the top and left to solidify, this Ghee lets itself be heated up to higher temperatures than vegetable oil. Take about 1.5 inches of the Chorizo, chop it up into small pieces and add it to the pot. Then add the Turkey Breast Fillets after having cut them to ½ inch cubes, and fry till lightly cooked. When the turkey has changed colour add a large teaspoonfuls of Garlic Pickle , the Chicken Oxo and the Parsley and Garlic Knorr cube. Add the rest of the spices a little bit of water and turn the heat down to simmer. Leave until properly cooked through, stirring regularly. When the mixture starts to get a bit thicker, add the concentrated Coconut milk and leave until melted into the mixture stirring all the time to make sure all the spices and the coconut milk is evenly mixed. Serve on a bed of rice and eat with Chapatti's not cutlery or chopsticks.
